An existing casting system used website notifications and emails for the extras casting process. Our client wanted to automate the casting confirmation process using SMS. We performed the UX/IX design and implemented the system using Twilio.
An expanding casting services company brought on multiple casting directors, each with a different method for creating their daily vouchers for their extras. Our client required additional staff to handle the added data processing. We built a simple wireframe to convey the concept and quickly built a unified interface for the client that allowed them to generate the same vouchers in 1/100th the time so that they could reallocate their staff to more important non-data processing tasks.
